“Cat Cocos” high-speed ferry from Mahé to La Digue

Mahé and La Digue are connected by the comfortable high-speed ferry “Isle Of La Digue” which runs 2-3 times per day.
Usually there is a short stopover on Praslin.

If you prefer other timings, you sometimes have more options by booking a ferry to Praslin and then adding a Praslin – La Digue ferry.

Departure point is the Inter Island Terminal on Mahé, within walking distance from the capital Victoria.
The trip between Mahé and La Digue takes about 1  1/2 hours.
Arrival on La Digue is at the La Passe pier, which is in the western part of La Digue Island.

Taking the Cat Cocos ferry from Mahé to La Digue is a great way to enjoy spectacular views of the islands. You may see flying fish and even dolphins if you’re lucky.

We strongly recommend to prebook your ferry trips in the Seychelles. Often ferries are booked out and without a reservation you might get stuck on the island.
