Regarding changes and cancellations, our customer-friendly cancellation policy applies: Up to 1 day before departure you may cancel or change your booking for free if it's a Cat Rose booking. For Cat Cocos bookings, it's 3 work days before departure.

Please book your ferries only if you are 100 % SURE that you can and will travel.

FLIGHT DELAYS
Since some of the airlines flying to the Seychelles are experiencing delays and flight cancellations, here is our reminder: If your arriving flight to the Seychelles is late, you must inform us well in advance of the ferry departure! Otherwise your ferry ticket will be lost. Please see details in our FAQs or in our terms and conditions.

Updated entry regulations
In view of the worsening COVID-19 outbreaks in a number of countries, the following measures are in place with immediate effect (20th April 2021):
1. Travellers from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh are not permitted to travel to and enter Seychelles without proof of Covid-19 vaccination, which should be presented on application for Travel Authorisation. Vaccination certificates are subject to verification and approval of the Public Health Authority.
2. Travellers from Brazil are not permitted to travel to or enter Seychelles.
3. These measures do not apply to Seychelles citizens and permanent residents, who are permitted to travel and enter and must quarantine on arrival in accordance with Public Health Authority instructions.
